Cooperation of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) and the USAID Energy Policy Activity (USAID EPA)
This week, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, in cooperation with USAID’s Energy Policy Activity, trained the three energy regulatory commissions and relevant energy stakeholders from Bosnia and Herzegovina on cybersecurity incident protocols and preparedness so that they can more effectively cooperate with each other and the wider energy sector during cyber incidents. As a result, once state and/or entity level cybersecurity legislation is adopted for the energy sector, regulatory commissions and relevant energy sector stakeholders will already have established cooperation and information-sharing standards and will be equipped to swiftly implement their legal obligations.
